Logic and plugins (734 validated) (be careful! 9 of my essential plugins don't show, & 1 developer says they need to rework the AUs, which they'll get to with the official OS release.). Little Snitch 5 Technology Preview (but Apple apps bypass it).

Fusion 360 (according to this forum post on beta 4). Diablo 3 (blizzard game season 22 patch). Cyberduck (FTP client) (version as of 12 august, works). CrossOver 19.0.2 ( No longer working in Beta 3). I had to leave SIP disabled even after installation. I had to disable SIP and re-install the app. 
When Apple fixes that, we'll post an update to CCC that restores support for making bootable backups on Apple Silicon Macs. Support for System volume cloning on Apple Silicon Macs is disabled for now because Apple's APFS replication utility does not currently work on that platform.
